Zort Music is proud to be the label for Gee's latest CD, "Swingin' Away - Celebrating Swing Legend Frankie Manning" recorded live in New York City on May 26, 1999 on the occasion of the 85th Birthday of Frankie Manning. If you were not lucky enough to be there that night, well, this is the closest you will come -- and included with the CD are liner notes that fold out into a big poster with great photos of Frankie, the Band, dancers, and commentar. The CD includes two bonus Lindy Hop tracks. The Wednesday Night Hop with the choreograph to the Lindy Chorus and Frankie calling the Shim Sham to Stompin' at the Savoy. The CD features a big smiling photo of Frankie himself.

Coming out almost at the same time is "Buddha Boogie" recorded at the famed Capitol Studios in Hollywood in April 1999 by Gee and his 10 piece Jump Jive and Waliers, which includes originals by tenor and vocalist Lance Bryant and other vocals by Walt Szymanski, trumpet and music director.
